So Far

First off, I have a feeling this blog entry is going to be very random. I have a lot on my mind and just want to talk about stuff. What stuff? Whatever pops into my head. :~)

I was over on goodreads a second ago and realized I've read 23 new books so far for the month of March. At one point I was keeping track of rereads too, but that got to be too time consuming. I'm truly amazed at how many books I can read in a month. This has been truly eye-opening to me as a reader. I've always known I read fast, but had no idea just how many books I consume on a regular basis. Keeping track has allowed me to have a better view of this.

I signed up and did DABWAHA. I didn't do it last year because it didn't make any sense to me, but I was envious of the fun my friends were having. When Dear Author and Smart Bitches announced they were doing it again this year, I had to give it a shot. I suck, but I'm having fun. :) And it's a lot easier than I thought it was. :) And I keep moving up the roster. I was at 200-something, moved to 170-something and now I'm tied at 29th place. Kid you not, five minutes ago I was 58th. LOL! Whoo-hoo! It's extremely addicting. :)

My brain is really fried. I need a vacation ASAP. I get one at the end of next month. Here's hoping I can last that long. *sigh* Got off work a little early & went to Starbucks to write. Yeah, not going to happen. Ended up eavesdropping on fascinating story between the two girls behind me. Something to do with a night of sex and a blow-up doll? Yeah, I was thinking this is better than fiction! LOL!

Got to chat with Renee! I love the gmail chat feature. We've challenged each other. I can't wait! :)

Let's see, what else? Not much actually. That's so weird, because when I first started I had my head full of crap. I guess it's because it was crap and not worth talking about. LOL!
